RETURN POLICY:

We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. If it is proven that the item you purchased is "Not authentic", we will offer you a full refund.  Item must be proven by a licensed 3rd party authentication service to be able to receive a refund.

We are an Entrupy verified business, which means every item goes through a rigorous procedure prior to us selling or offering any item for sale. We use the most trusted technology in the luxury industry to thoroughly check the item being sold to ensure that what your purchasing is authentic.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - PLEASE BE SURE TO SEE ALL PICS AND READ DESCRIPTIONS PRIOR TO ORDERING

-Please understand these are authentic preowned consigned items that don't belong to us,  they are owned by our consignees in whom have been paid for the sale. Therefore , this is why all sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are given after the sale. 

• To minimize confusion and get clarity on the item, please review both the description and photos. Please note size and flaws in the listing of description and photos.

As a re-seller of previously owned luxury goods all items we sell are as is, we do not provide a “warranty” of the workmanship of the brand—that would be covered by the brand manufacturer and you should contact them directly.

If an item is sold on a payment plan, whether it is an in-house plan, on sezzle, or affirm, the sale is FINAL. Deposits and all payments , are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Your deposits and payments made are your commitment to purchase the item. We cannot provide any refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
